Usedgroomingvans.com makes no warranty or claim that you will be contacted by legitimate qualified sellers.

Usedgroomingvans.com hereby notifies you that any vehicle offered to you is not owned by us.

Usedgroomingvans.com DOES NOT collect money, hold money, guarantee money, store vehicles or ship vehicles.

Usedgroomingvans.com has no responsibility in determining the suitability of any vehicle for your needs that an interested party may communicate to you.

Upon your purchase of a vehicle or otherwise if you no longer are in the market to purchase a used vehicle, you will within 72 hours notify usedgroomingvans.com.

You will not use your listing to advertise or promote anything (including, without limitation, any product, service or business) other than one unique vehicle offered for sale.

If you placed a listing with a material error, you will contact usedgroomingvans.com within 10 days of your original listing date to inquire about making material changes to your listing and usedgroomingvans.com shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether such changes will be permitted.

You will not use the usedgroomingvans.com site for any fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive activity.

You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

All content and information that you provide to usedgroomingvans.com is truthful, accurate and complete.

Usedgroomingvans.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any listing without notice and without liability, that does not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions, usedgroomingvans.com's website Terms of Service, usedgroomingvans.com's policies, or if usedgroomingvans.com otherwise determines or believes, in usedgroomingvans.com's sole and exclusive discretion, that your listing or other content is inappropriate for any legal, business, technical or other reason.

USEDGROOMINGVANS.COM DOES NOT MAKE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT YOU WILL FIND A VEHICLE TO PURCHASE, OBTAIN AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE FOR A VEHICLE, ONLY RECEIVE LEGITIMATE INQUIRIES OR SOLICITATIONS FROM QUALIFIED SELLERS, OR RECEIVE ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR WANTED TO BUY LISTING.

Usedgroomingvans.com reserves the right to, but is under no obligation to and does not assume any obligation to, review listings before and/or after they are posted to the usedgroomingvans.com site to confirm information relating to the advertiser and the advertised vehicle and to investigate complaints and suspicious activity. If usedgroomingvans.com determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that you are engaging in any unfair, deceptive, false, misleading or fraudulent practices, usedgroomingvans.com reserves the right to reject or immediately remove your listing from the usedgroomingvans.com site without notice and without liability, as described above.
